Can you send my order to a PO Box?
At Curtain-Wall, we use UPS to handle all of our shipping needs to ensure reliable delivery to all of our customers. UPS is not authorized to deliver to Post Office boxes.

Is quantity pricing available for larger orders at Curtain-Wall?
We do offer quantity pricing for select items. You can view quantity discounts by clicking the "View quantity discounts" button located on the product page of the item you are purchasing. Discounts will be automatically applied to orders during the checkout process.

Can I order by phone?
We gladly accept phone orders toll-free at 800-424-8251. Our friendly customer service staff are available to take your order Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time). In addition to taking orders, our knowledgeable staff are also able to answer questions about products or order status.

What payment methods are accepted at Curtain-Wall?

How soon can I expect my order to be shipped?
We strive to ship every order the the day it is placed. However, certain products may require additional lead time for custom or very large orders.
